Occupancy
Among the 5 cabins, we have 9 private bedrooms that can host a maximum of 32 guests (for sleeping arrangements, that would be using every bed and sofa bed). With 2 to a bed, groups could more comfortably host 22 guests.
Between the 2 large cabins (The Cabin & The Main House), there is ample room to spread out and several lovely locations for a ceremony or gathering.

Planning
We are an entirely self-service location and your party would be responsible for any setup and cleanup involved, and returning the space to the original condition.
If any outside businesses are involved in your event - catering, private chef or bartender, equipment rental, etc - they must be licensed, insured, and provide all set up and cleaning (they would not be included in total guest count).
An event fee of $1000 is charged to cover the heavier footprint on the property for all events greater than 16 people.
