    • No other pets are permitted on the property without advance approval from the management.

    • Dogs should be up-to-date on flea & tick treatments. Be sure to check them for ticks after spending any time outdoors (and be sure to check yourself as well!)

    • Dog owner assumes all responsibility and sole liability for any loss, injury or accident suffered by your dog while on the premises and for any damage or injury caused by the dog to the property or other persons.

    • Idyll Reserve is home to native wildlife of many different species, please don’t let your dog disturb or chase the wildlife

Dog hair/tracks on the furniture, linens, or floors will result in an additional $50/hr cleaning fee charged to the registered guest.

  • Idyll Reserve can be available for intimate private events. In fact, we actually plan for it– Idyll Reserve has a few weekends blocked each year to accommodate wedding parties, company retreats, family reunions, etc. Send us a message to discuss possibilities

    Please note the following conditions

    • Must send us a note for prior written approval

    • Our cabins maximum occupancy remains at 32

  • We love hosting small celebrations. Here are a few conditions to note if you would like to host a private event:

    • All guests must be listed in the reservation and fall within the maximum occupancy of the cabin: the registered guest assumes sole responsibility for any damage caused to the property

  • The South (IR 1) and The Main House (IR 2) were built with guests with limited mobility in mind. This means they both have a ramp from the gravel parking area to the front door. These cabins are zero-entry (no steps from the exterior to any interior areas of the cabin). These cabins have wider hallways and doors.

It is important to note that these cabins do not have all ADA modifications in terms of showers and toilets, bathroom turning radius, grab bars, accessible sinks, placement of electrical outlets, automatically opening doors, etc. These cabins would not be suitable for someone who relies exclusively on a wheelchair and requires these features.

The South’s deck has been expanded to two levels - the hot tub and the sauna are on the lower level. There are 2 steps between the levels. The deck of the Main House is zero-entry from the living area, however the hot tub is located on the gravel, off the deck, 5 steps down.

We recommend contacting us directly at hello@idyllreserve.com to discuss specific needs. We would be happy to make any accommodations we’re able to add to the comfort and ease of your stay.
